Rudolf Schär has produced meat and sausage specialities in the Säntis / Lake Constance region for 70 years. The modern equipped production plant is located in Thal, a traditional wine-growing community, between the outreaches of the Appenzell region and Lake Constance.

Each day in the modern factory around 90 specialists craft top-quality raw material using traditional recipes into Easter Swiss local specialities, including Olma bratwurst, oven ham and Appenzeller Mostbröckli.
