Whether dried or smoked, all Natura dried meat specialities have one thing in common: They are all produced with tranquillity, patience, hand craftsmanship and especially know-how. The basic raw materials are Swiss pork and beef, which is seasoned, dried, shaped, smoked or massaged by hand, so that the flavour of the aromatic spices can unfold in the meat.
